We stayed in this park for only one night though we booked for two nights. Very noisy due to large grass cutting machines and tractors and backhoes leveling adjacent sites to ours. There are 80 sites total but of the 80 only 5 are available to transient campers. Nice large sites with gravel base and large grassy area with picnic table and a fire ring. Heated indoor large pool and hot pool as well. No satellite reception if using a fixed dish like a King Dome. Large trees blocking all southern exposure from all 5 sites. Staff very friendly. Rate reflects Passport America rate. Would stay here again but only at reduced rate.

Wi-Fi at a price and sporadic service. The pool is unheated and this is Canada. Sites not level and very soggy. The RV area only is drier but with no shade and noisy. This is mainly a seasonal park with spaces available between the park model. There is no consistency with the hook-ups. Sewers can be very close 12" to the water supply or 15' away. Low trees in the seasonal section of the park make for scratched paint work. Staff not very friendly. No refunds for any reason. Deposits are forfeit if you change your mind. Restaurant so-so. The price reflects taxes and AC charge of $8 per night. Charges extra for over 2 people even kids. We would not stay again.

This park is is one of the best my wife and I have ever stayed at. The staff and owner are extremely kind, courteous and helpful. The pool and clubhouse are in pristine condition. When we complained to the staff that there was no picnic table at our site one arrived before I got back from the office. We would definitely stay here again. The rate reflects weekly charges.

Stayed here 10 days longer than intended. Very helpful staff. An older park but well looked after. Rate reflects Passport America. Not too far to grocery stores etc. Eight miles from Disney, if you car--we don't. Good terraced pull-throughs for even 35-40 footers even room for toad. Would visit again. No WiFi.
